Managing Consultant/Divisional Manager

Nursing Team

Here at Search we are seeking a passionate Recruitment Manager to further develop our Nursing business across Scotland.

Currently a team of 10 based in Glasgow, Search Healthcare cover a range of different specialisms across the care sector and we are keen for someone to take the lead and break new ground in nursing to expand our offering to our loyal and retained clients.

For someone bringing experience in qualified Healthcare recruitment we can provide a platform to catapult your career into Management, with the ability to build a team around you.

You would work closely with our Senior Divisional Manager and Associate Directorto strategically map out the growth of the Nursing market at a local and national level, being based in Glasgow but with the investment and vision to grow across the whole of Scotland.

With established clients to work with from day 1 you'll be best placedto build on existing relationships as well as developing new ones

Skills required;:

Previous experience in the Healthcare recruitment sector is essential
Experience of expanding new business avenues and a real love of business development
Experience of hiring, managing and developing team members
Proactive, KPI driven and money motivated
Fun and adaptable the team work hard and play hard
