About the Role: Technical Support Engineer
They are actively seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to strengthen their dynamic Tech Support organization. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support for a wide range of IT, Unified Communications, and Collaboration solutions, both on-premises and in the Cloud. Your responsibilities will encompass troubleshooting, customer service, and collaboration with their engineering team. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to engineers and customers, analysing and troubleshooting problems remotely or on-site.

Escalation Case Management: Ensure rapid resolution of critical incidents with high business impact, keeping stakeholders informed.
Customer Interaction: Demonstrate excellent customer care and communication skills, ensuring customer and partner satisfaction.
Installation & Configuration: Perform installation and configuration activities for solutions through remote or on-site support.
Technical Capability: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the IT landscape with in-depth expertise in assigned solutions, products, and technologies.
