Health & Safety Administrator - Construction

£25,000 - £28,000 plus 25 days holiday, complimentary breakfast, social events and training opportunities.

London Bridge, London


Due to a promotion, our lovely design and construction client is looking for an extremely organised and highly motivated Health and Safety Administrator to support the Group Safety, Health, and Environmental Director and wider team.


This is a hands-on administration role and they require a focused, hard working H&S Administrator who has experience working in a fast-paced construction environment and is able to remain calm under pressure.


A bit about the Health & Safety Administrator role:

  • Assist the SHE team with all administration duties
  • Create induction software for specific projects
  • Update and amend documents for the H&S team
  • Keep the training log up to date, booking any courses needed for construction and site managers
  • Diary management
  • Schedule H&S/ISO training
  • Print all forms for yellow site file
  • Create monthly Board Report

Are you the ideal Health & Safety Administrator?
They are looking for someone with excellent organisation skills. a team player, happy to roll up their sleeves. Previous health and safety/construction administration experience is essential for this role.
