    Job Description

    Role: Temporary Receptionist, Financial Services

    Location: St James's, London

    Salary: £15 per hour

    Start: 20th of May

    Based close to Piccadilly Circus is a highly respected Investment Management firm who are seeking a Temporary Receptionist to provide a 5* service.

    This is an extremely busy receptionist role and the client is looking for a well organised, immaculately presented and professional candidate.

    Receptionist duties will include:

    • Meeting and greeting all visitors
    • Scheduling meetings and travel
    • Managing meeting rooms
    • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls
    • Organising deliveries
    • Ordering front office supplies and keeping inventory of stock

    You will have previous reception/front of house experience within professional services. The ideal candidate will be highly professional, extremely well presented, very organised, diplomatic, bubbly and confident.

    This role is a full time Temporary Receptionist position based in the office.
