- Executing reactive and preventive maintenance tasks across two sites, with a strong focus on facility and building infrastructure, including plumbing and electrical systems.
- Supervising all on-site contractors, ranging from specialized maintenance professionals to cleaning and sanitation service providers.
- Performing general building repairs, such as fixing doors, windows, painting, basic plumbing, and minor structural maintenance.
- Handling planned preventive maintenance and basic repairs on shop floor machinery. In case of complex issues, coordinating with specialist contractors for necessary repairs.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in facilities maintenance.
- Proficiency in managing subcontractors and associated documentation processes.
- Familiarity with machine maintenance procedures.
- Valid driver's license for commuting between sites.
- Comfortable with IT operations.
- 28 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Monday to Friday daytime role without on-call duties or irregular work hours.
