E-Commerce Customer Service Apprentice CHARLES WATSON (IRONMONGERS) LIMITED


You'll be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our online customers, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their shopping journey.


What will the apprentice be doing?
As part of your role as eCommerce Customer Service Apprentice you will be responsible for the following:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers
Administration of orders including order entry, delivery tracking, amendments, cancellations and returns

Resolving customer issues by providing appropriate solutions, whilst maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Maintaining positive relationships with our customers, and ensuring they are always kept up to date with any delays or changes.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
This apprenticeship is delivered in the workplace with monthly tutor visits on site. You will complete a Customer Service Specialst Level 3 Apprenticeship.

You will also be required to complete functional skills at level 2 in Math & English unless you have exemptions through GCSE certiifcates where you have already obtained grades A-C or 4-9


What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
There is an opportunity to progress within the company.


Working week
40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm 1 hour unpaid lunch break

Total hours per week: 40 hours a week
