Roles & Responsibilities

Identify potential new investment partners FOs, HNW, PERE and institutions
Manage relationships with potential investors, initiate and run meetings with prospects
Develop pitch materials and presentations on the opportunity for thirdparty capital/JV partners
Oversee all steps towards simultaneously securing assets and securing capital to close the deal
Undertake financial modelling to underwrite opportunities
Negotiate and coordinate due diligence, taking ownership of all stages of the transaction to close

Experience & Qualifications

Strong academics, degree educated with at least a 2: c.36 years' experience gained in transactionfocused real estate environment
Confident, outgoing personality and the ability to build and maintain relationships
Selfstarter, entrepreneurial, keen to take ownership of the deals and to make his or her mark on the business
Strong modelling experience, ability to build DCF and other models from scratch
Familiar with the drivers of institutional investment and able to think like an investor
Ideally, you will have completed deals with and raised equity within the hotel sector.
Able to showcase a range of investment deals/ provide a deal sheet
Detail focused and able to generate presentations and deliver professional and compelling pitches to potential investors
Experienced in supporting the full deal lifespan from an acquisition's perspective
Able to understand and embrace the opportunity and share the vision for the brand
