Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tutor to join our team.

As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing academic support and guidance to students of various ages and skill levels.

Your role will involve assessing students' needs, developing personalized lesson plans, and delivering engaging and effective tutoring sessions.

Duties:

Assess students' strengths and weaknesses to determine their individual learning needs
Develop customized lesson plans and teaching strategies to address students' specific goals
Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to enhance students' understanding and retention of the material
Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
Communicate with parents or guardians to provide updates on student performance and discuss areas for improvement
Collaborate with teachers or other educational professionals to ensure alignment between tutoring sessions and classroom instruction
Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, including student attendance, progress notes, and assessment results

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational setting
Knowledge of special education principles and strategies is a plus
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple students and assignments simultaneously
Patience, empathy, and the ability to establish rapport with students from diverse backgrounds
Minimum requirement A level

Note:
This is a paid position. Internship positions are also compensated.

£10.00-£35.00 per hour
