    Customer Service Advisor at FoundeverTM


    Are you someone who enjoys sports and music events? Do you have a knack for providing exceptional customer service? Here at FoundeverTM, we have an exciting opportunity to join a leading ticketing company that offers access to top live events in sports, music, and more.

    We are seeking individuals with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, or service industries. Extensive training will be provided by our experienced team.

    If you have a genuine passion for assisting customers, can effectively communicate over the phone and computer, then you might be the perfect fit for us.

    Upon completion of training at FoundeverTM, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any ticket or event-related issues they may have. Our customer support team assists customers through live chat, social media, emails, and calls, operating seven days a week.

    This role requires fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.

    • Annual Salary: GBP 00 (equivalent to an hourly rate of GBP 13.78)
    • Contract Length: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week
    • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:00-18:00, Saturday to Sunday 9:00-15:00

    • Effectively communicate with customers in English and German
    • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns
    • Quickly identify and resolve customer issues
    • Empathize with customers and see things from their perspective
    • Maintain a patient and composed demeanor
    • Adapt communication style according to customer interactions
    • Stay positive and cheerful, even in challenging situations
    • Collaborate with team members and support groups
