Together we are Redefining our future, to enable a modern luxury customer experience for the most discerning clients by creating centres of excellence with highly skilled and motivated teams As part of the Business Planning and Transformation pillar within the Creative function, the Tech and Data Hub (T&D) is the centre of excellence responsible for technical innovation, digital systems implementation and 3D Model Data delivery.

This role works as part of the Tech and Data Hub Model Production team, responsible for generating high quality 3D visualisation models, all produced and compliant to Tech and Data Hub creative and technical processes and standards.

The primary purpose is successful delivery of 3D modelled content to support a variety of on-board and off-board CGI use cases, across Vehicle Design, Materiality, Brand and Customer Ready workstreams, using cross-functional collaboration and support.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

There will be scope to maintain and adapt internal processes to improve efficiency and quality of models delivered by the department.

Knowledge, skills & experience:

Consume build inputs to generate model content according to Tech and Data Hub Standards

Collaborate with Lead on production scheduling, delivery timings and status.

Support production sub-team with detailed knowledge of Tech and Data Hub Model Production Standards and Processes. Offering mentoring and training support of CGI modelling techniques, process and associated software packages.

Be accountable and ensure optimal quality of own work produced, as well as constructively critique modelled content created by others in the production team.

Essential:
5+ years of direct experience in CGI Model Production in CGI industry

Expert in Autodesk Maya, Deltagen (or equivalent)Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator)Expert in Adobe SubstanceExpert in data / file management, scene structuring and configuration
Experience in working to defined processes and technical standards (pipeline)
