Are you a talented communications professional passionate about mental health and making a difference?
Now's your chance to join our small but high-performing Communications Team - delivering communications using a variety of channels, including news stories, social media, our website and staff and stakeholder newsletters.
We are looking for a proactive, dynamic communications professional, with an eye for a good story, and an appetite for creative content.

We offer hybrid working flexibility with up to 4 days per week working from home.
You'll work with teams across the Trust and the communities we serve to source stories and to develop communications projects that fit with our strategic priorities.
You'll support the communications team to increase external engagement through producing high-quality engaging content and by developing creative ways of conveying important news and information.
You'll need to have an understanding of what makes a good story and the writing skills to get that story across.
You'll be working with digital content, producing website and intranet copy, planning social media, and contributing to our monthly stakeholder newsletter.
You'll also oversee the daily media monitoring for the Trust, produce a monthly media report and support with responding to reactive media enquiries.
Starting with NELFT
NELFT place a great deal of importance on new starters being properly welcomed and inducted into the Trust.
All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks which will include mandatory training, systems training and the allocation of equipment.
As part of the process new starters will have the opportunity to also meet the executive team, senior managers and attend a number of drop in sessions focussing in engagement, health and wellbeing and key processes.
The induction will be held at our head office in Rainham, Essex.High Cost Area Supplement
This post also attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (with a minimum of £4,313 to a maximum of £5,436).
