- Process client loan applications from enquiry through to completion.
- Be the first point of contact for clients once their application has been underwritten.
- Efficiently deal with daily post received for each client case.
- Understand and interpret credit profile and land registry information.
- Chase clients, building societies and surveyors to ensure documents are received in a timely manner.
- Accurately package client cases and send them to the lender for prompt payout.
- A starting annual salary from £24k.
- Comprehensive training and development opportunities.

- Have a mix of sales, administration and customer service skills.
- Have a great telephone manner and proven experience working to targets.
