    Description

    Our client, a family run main contractor based near Haywards Heath, are currently seeking an Estimator to join them due to continued growth.

    Our client specialise within the Heritage sector working on projects up to £2.Their work mainly compromises of fit outs / refurbishments, exhibitions, external repairs, redecorations and general building works.

    This opportunity offers an attractive package and genuine career progression.

    It is envisaged that the ideal candidate has prior estimating experience, as well as heritage project experience, however similar project experience would be considered.

    This position will also mostly be office based from their office near Haywards Heath, but they have also got a London office available.

    Mostly in London with some more local
    Monday to Friday
    Heritage experience would be highly advantageous
    Strong knowledge of construction estimating software and tools.
    Familiarity with historical building codes, regulations, and preservation practices.
    Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
