    Description

    Job Overview

    You'll be part of our team that specializes in developing tools for software profiling and CPU performance analysis, used across various platforms like mobile devices, vehicles, and cloud servers. We're focusing more on cloud computing and network infrastructure and need a systems architect to own the CPU tooling architecture alongside our technical lead.

    Collaborating with our technical lead to set the direction for our CPU tools roadmap

    Responsibilities:

    • Interacting with business areas and stakeholders to gather user requirements
    • Collaborating with different Arm teams to shape performance analysis methodologies
    • Coordinating with your counterpart to strategize the roadmap based on user needs, managing the product backlog
    • Engaging with the technical lead and their team to provide guidance and support
    • Mentoring team members to enhance their technical skills
    • Operating in an Agile manner and focusing on continuous enhancement

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • Experience in creating software tools from conception to release
    • Strong understanding of CPUs and compilers
    • Proficiency in profiling software for CPU architectures
    • Ability to define requirements and roadmap based on user input
    • Passion for tool improvement and future development vision
    • Effective communication with stakeholders and team members
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    "Nice to Have" Skills and Experience:

    • Proficiency in C/C++
    • Knowledge of scripting languages like Python
    • Familiarity with MBSE
    • Experience with requirements management systems
    • Understanding of Agile methodologies
    • Knowledge of DevOps practices and Continuous Integration and Deployment
