    Are you an experienced 1-2-1 Learning Support with SEN experience looking for a new challenge?


    I am currently recruiting for 1-2-1 Specialists who are based in Coventry to work with a range of local Primary schools.

    The positions available will allow you to work with a variety of Special Educational Needs & lower-level ability children who need dedicated consistent individuals to support them during their time in the classroom.


    I am looking for experienced support staff who can encourage, motivate and support children so they can access the curriculum with ease.

    The children you will be supporting may demonstrate disruptive & challenging behaviour which is why we need confident learning support who are able to engage with the children and keep them on task.

    To become a SEN TA with Aspire you will need:
    Relevant qualifications or long-term experience working with children on a one to one basis with a thorough knowledge of the EYFS to Y6 curriculum
    SEN experience.
    Able to communicate and build rapport with the children you support
    Confident in communicating with the SENCO, leadership team and parents
    Passionate about working with SEN children & dedicated to helping them thrive and achieve targets set in line with their individual education plan's (IEP)
    complete IEPs to ensure everything is covered and the child's accomplishments are recorded and rewarded.
    Provide references
    Complete Enhanced DBS check

    To become a Supply Teacher with Aspire you will need:
    Relevant Teaching
    Excellent communication skills
    Flexible & positive attitude to working
    Commitment & determination to raise standards
    Clear DBS
    Provide References


    I can offer full/part time flexible supply cover to fit around your personal commitments whilst allowing you to further your skill set and work with different schools or a long term /permanent role.
