Job Title:
Sales Representative

Reports to:
Sales Manager/ Supervisor; business development department

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers and to maintain positive business relationships as to ensure future sales
Reach out to potential customers through cold calling
Responsible for maintaining and updating the customer database
Coordinate sales effort with warehouse team members and other departments
Act as a support to Sales Manager/ Supervisor and the sales department

Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge & Experience required for role:

Essential

3 years of experience in sales within the logistic business
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and persuading skills with solid arguments to prospective customers
Broad knowledge of organisation and its services
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent time management skills
Work well under pressure
Proficient IT skills (including MS packages)

UK driving licence:

Excellent organisation skills, to plan the use of people and resources to meet deadlines
The ability to monitor and control budgets
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills and the ability to make data based decisions
