Exciting Opportunity for Year 3 Teaching Assistant

Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and development? Do you thrive in a dynamic educational environment? Our client school, located in the vibrant London Borough of Islington, is searching for a dedicated full-time Teaching Assistant to join their Year 3 class team.

Part-time options are also available, and day-to-day support staff are welcome to apply

As a Year 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support children's learning and well-being with enthusiasm and dedication
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
Utilise strong behaviour management techniques to promote positive behaviour and create a conducive learning atmosphere
Have previous experience working with children
Be available fulltime, Monday to Friday, or parttime options available
Demonstrate enthusiasm and a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
Possess excellent behaviour management skills to effectively handle classroom dynamics and ensure a productive learning environment
