Description
Linsco are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to start work in Carlisle.You will be required to oversee the construction and internal works of an office block and an ARLA treatment plant.
The successful candidate will ensure that all project phases are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction projects, with a heavy focus on internal works for both the office block and ARLA treatment plant.
Coordinate and supervise site activities, ensuring all work is performed according to design specifications and company standards.
Lead and motivate the project team, including subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
Monitor project progress, identify any issues or delays, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and schedules.
Manage project resources efficiently, ensuring optimal use of labour, materials, and equipment.
Handle any changes in project scope, schedule, or budget with effective change management techniques.
Attend and lead project meetings, providing updates and addressing any concernsKey Requirements:
