The successfulProperty Managerwill be offered:

To be considered for theProperty Manager role you must have:

Experience in Property Management
Selfmotivated
Well organised and fully conversant with regulations surrounding lettings
Experience of carrying out inventories
Strong communication skills and the ability to provide a professional and friendly customer service
Understanding what constitutes fair wear and tear and will have dealt successfully with tenant disputes and returning deposits
Full clean UK driving license

As aProperty Manager, your role will involve:

Process reported maintenance repairs, and monitor reports
Seek Landlord approval and coordinate maintenance repairs
Chasing invoices and managing landlord debts
Liaising with local authorities for building repairs
Carrying out inventories
Arranging checkouts and renewals with tenants
Serving notices
