Are you leading a team, or nearly there with experience and don't have the title? Maybe you're being overlooked and don't have the opportunity until someone leaves.

You will love leading a team or enjoy the managing side. But you'll also be hands on and don't want to lose that either. Here you'll be able to manage a team, the deliverables and unblocking road blocks. Planning DFMEA's making sure you're choosing the rightcomponent.

You'll be involved in design reviews, have the technical capability to be hands on, with simulations etc.

Working directly with suppliers and partners with the technical requirements - you'll be able to communicate very well and provide plans and progressreports.

There's nothing unusual in terms of challenges here, the one thing you will have to do is take the high power electronics into series production - maybe you've done this once, or twice already?


You'll manage a team of 5 here, and be able to build relationships with each and every one of them.

They are shifting from prototype to volume manufacture and report directly into the Head of Engineering.

What you'll need to be considered:1) Simulation experience

2) Power electronics

3) PCB layout


We are looking for someone who has been hands on and is also managing people and wants to continue with both aspects.
