Head of Sales - Property Management Company
Salary:
Up to £55k

We are recruiting for a Head of Sales to join a fast growing and very successful property management company.
You will be joining a forward thinking contemporary company who have fantastic values, a dedicated team focus and an exciting vision for the future of the company.
Maximising and driving revenue growth across departments will be key and you will work alongside senior leaders in achieving the business goals and company vision.
Role overview:
- To drive high performance throughout all key centralised teams by setting, monitoring and reporting on targets across multiple areas.
- Lead the development and improvement of key systems and software to streamline the sales funnel.
- Work alongside the Head of Marketing, to develop and drive revenue growth activities such as renewals, ERVs, and the sourcing of new opportunities.
- Design and remediate sales targets bringing previous results driven measures to the organisation.
- Develop best practise for conducting viewings, retention activities, inventories, inspections and other onsite activities.
- Utilise the Lettings & Community Managers to ensure sites meet stringent presentation standards for the benefit of residents and prospects.
- Work alongside Change Management colleagues, develop and improve departmental processes, policies.
- Identify new opportunities for developing third party corporate relationships.
- A Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field, / or a nongraduate with significant work place experience demonstrating executive / management abilities.
- Extensive work experience as a Regional Lettings Manager or similar senior managerial level within the lettings industry, focusing on driving sales performance.
- Experience in coaching teams to achieve excellence in sales related performance.
- Very strong knowledge of the residential lettings industry, including all legal obligations, and industry best practise.
- Strong understanding of managing, reading and reporting to board level on sales/opportunity pipelines.
- Experience in creating and developing best practise sales processes and workflows.
- ARLA or other professional real estate qualification would be an advantage.
- Strong IT proficiency is a must, knowledge of the Hubspot system would be an advantage.
- Excel and Powerpoint proficiency
- Commercially minded, proactive and strong leadership skills are a must.
