Care Assistant - Training & Development
Other Duties:
Assist with On-call duties and maintain records, as instructed by the Line Manager.
Care Assistant - Health and Safety:
Report any incidents according to company protocols and promote safe practices within client homes.
Care Assistant - Special Conditions:
This role involves flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays. A clear disclosure check is required.
Adhere to confidentiality policies and notify management of any absence promptly.
