What is the role-
Leading from the front/hands on role managing a team of 8 Senior new business solutions sellers.
A key leadership position you are responsible for the execution of the sales strategy.
Coaching/driving your team/getting close to deals and the salespeople - this would suit a Sales Leader who loves the execution part of the process.
Essential experience required-
Must have led/grown a sales team and follow a value selling methodology.
Achieved target 4 out of last 5 years.
Outstanding leader with a minimum of 5 years experience leading solution salespeople.
