- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and deliver targeted messaging that resonates with their prestigious customer base.
- Utilise Dynamics 365 (D365) and CRM database to segment email lists and personalise content based on customer preferences and behaviors.
- Work closely with design teams to maintain brand consistency and deliver high-quality visuals and messaging.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics and optimise strategies for continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful email marketing campaigns, preferably within a financial services or luxury brand environment.
- Proficiency in using Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar CRM systems for campaign execution and data manipulation.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data and drive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements related to financial services marketing.
