Overview:

We have an incredible senior opportunity in our growing Risk & Compliance department.

If you're a strategic thinker that's excited by delivering continuous improvement and embedding organisational development this could be the perfect opportunity for you.


Responsibilities:


You'll be responsible for writing and leading the delivery of the firms Risk & Compliance strategies, so you'll need to be an expert in business continuity, internal audit and risk management.

You'll also have regular input into the firm's strategy and you'll actively contribute to leading the firm along our growth plans.

This is a varied role which will also include supplier take on and management.


Qualifications:


To be successful in the role you'll ideally have a professional qualification in Risk, Compliance or Internal Audit (ICA, IRM, IIA) along with strong commercial awareness, self-motivation and excellent organisational skills.

You'll also need to understand our industry and regulators, therefore you'll preferably be a qualified solicitor or have experience of working within a senior Risk & Compliance role within the industry.
