- Have relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a Rosette restaurant or luxury hotel setting
- Assist The Astor Grill Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation
- Embrace a hands-on approach, actively participating in food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Demonstrate creativity and innovation in developing new menu items and specials for The Astor Grill restaurant
- Show a commitment to maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen
- Display strong communication and teamwork skills, collaborating effectively with colleagues to deliver seamless service
- Be adaptable and able to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
