Description
Medivet have an opportunity for a registered veterinary nurse to join the team at our busy and friendly practice in Hucknall.
This is a permanent full-time position, covering 40 hours per week with 1:8 full weekends (worked at Alfreton hospital) but we're open to being flexible where we can so let us know what works for you.
Hucknall is fully equipped including a separate operating theatre, digital x-ray, ultrasound and endoscopy with access to MRI and CT scanner at our orthopaedic referral clinic - East Midlands Referrals.
It is scheduled for refurb in the near future and has a fantastic support team lead by an exceptionally experienced and dedicated head nurse who looks after a team of three student nurses, two client support assistants and an office manager.

Deliver patient monitoring and care.
Manage admissions and discharges as directed by the Veterinary team.
Deliver professional excellence, complying with all regulatory, practice and operational standards.
RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse.
Experience of supporting Nurse consults, with an understanding of how this contributes to practice performance and efficiency.
