This is a brand-new role responsible for supporting the non-clinical day-to-day running of a busy hospital as well as managing and leading a team of Veterinary Surgeons, Nurses and support staff.
Dearne Valley is a 24 hour purpose built facility with up to date digital x-ray, ultrasound and full body CT scanner and an in house laboratory.
The practice has 3 large consulting rooms, 2 theatres, large prep area, internal lab facilities and large learning and office spaces.

As a Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success and growth of the hospital.
You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients, clients, and team members, while ensuring a happy work environment and a healthy work-life balance for all staff.
Assist with financial and operational performance as well as the overall team performance and engagement.Review rotas and ensure correct staffing levels with support from the regional team.
Oversee the non clinical day-to-day running and organisation of the team, building, equipment and stock control.
Monitor TOIL, time management & night staff commission.
Maintain correct Health and Safety protocols and documentation.
All aspects of line manager duties to include managing individual and team performance.
Oversee the debt management and accounts, direct line management of the accounts administrator.
