Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing all incoming inquiries from potential tenants and landlords with meticulous attention to detail.
- Coordinating viewings and efficiently scheduling appointments with a focus on accuracy.
- Drafting tenancy agreements, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Managing property listings and advertising on various platforms.
- Maintaining precise records and completing administrative tasks.
To thrive as a Lettings Administrator, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a proven track record of efficiently managing multiple tasks and delivering exceptional customer service.

Salary:
Up to £33,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
