As a specialist agent for the premium New Homes and Luxury Real Estate markets, we service Investors, Tenants, Vendors, and Buyers in the UK and overseas.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Managing all incoming inquiries from potential tenants and landlords with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Coordinating viewings and efficiently scheduling appointments with a focus on accuracy.
  • Drafting tenancy agreements, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Managing property listings and advertising on various platforms.
  • Maintaining precise records and completing administrative tasks.


To thrive as a Lettings Administrator, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a proven track record of efficiently managing multiple tasks and delivering exceptional customer service.

Attention to detail and prioritisation skills are also a must.

Salary:
Up to £33,000.00 per year

  • London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
