    The Opportunity

    Looking to excel in a fast-paced and rewarding property management role? We are seeking self-driven professionals to join our ever-growing team. This position offers a high degree of autonomy, empowering you to manage your portfolio and hone your expertise.

    Key Responsibilities

    As a Property Manager at Johns&Co, you will:

    • Manage a portfolio of circa 175 residential properties
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and tenants.
    • Manage maintenance issues and organise timely repairs; coordinating with external vendors and contractor
    • Chase rental arrears
    • Negotiate deposit returns and disputes
    • Ensure the smooth termination of tenancy agreements and prepare properties to be re-lets

    Who We're Looking For

    • Residential Property Management experience
    • Personal portfolio management experience
    • The ability to build and successfully maintain relationships
    • Passionate and eager to progress your career
    • Highly organised and composed demeanour

    This role also includes one day per week working from home after successfully passing probation.
