    One of our Public Sector clients based in Surrey is looking for a Damp and Mould Surveyor on an interim basis for 3 months initially


    Ideally you will:
    Be RICS or CIOB qualified (although not essential)Based Locally to Surrey(2-3 days in office, rest WFH but need site visits)Have 3+ years experience within a damp and mould, repairs or disrepair background and have worked ideally in a Local Authority or Housing Association setting previously


    Responsibilities include:


    Preparation and carry out diagnostic inspections, surveys & technical reportsCarry out Damp and Mould SurveysEvaluate the extent of damage that has been caused due to Damp and MouldInstruct and manage the identified works within their financial sign-off, utilising both the internal repairs team and the necessary contractorsHow to Apply:Ready to embark on this rewarding journey?
