We currently have an exciting opening to join our Front of House team as a Night Auditor.The Roslin Beach Hotel is an AA 4 Silver Star hotel with a multi award-winning Two AA Rosette Restaurant that is recognised across the country.
This thriving hotel is proudly located on Thorpe Esplanade with panoramic views of the beautiful Estuary in each of our dining rooms.
As a Night Auditor you will greet incoming guests, provide luxury guest services, and create a safe and friendly environment for the guests.
Ensure an efficient reception experience for guests, including check in/out, and completing audit procedures, as required.Patrol the interior and perimeter of the property to observe and identify potential safety and security risks.
Actively monitor the CCTV system and ensure to be fully compliant with the Data Protection Act regarding CCTV.
Completing the shift procedures, night audit and other relevant reports in a timely manner.
Minimum age 18.
Able to demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties.
Understanding the importance of using the correct procedures regarding the acceptance of credit cards and cash in accordance with the hotel credit policy.
Acting in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and property management systems.Always following company brand standards.
