Permanent, Full Time Monday-Friday with 2 evening shifts a week

Are you qualified in PWP supervision and looking for a new challenge in a rewarding role? We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed Senior PWP to join our clinical remote team.
In this role you will be responsible for providing case management and clinical skills across the PWP network and hold a caseload offering guided self-help within the framework of the stepped care IAPT model.
You will also work with a small caseload of your own, with patients with mild to moderate mental health issues.

Part of Acacium Group, Xyla Digital Therapies is one of the fastest growing, flexible mental health services in the UK, providing an extensive range of therapeutic methods.
We have 4,000 patients in treatment, assessing an additional 1,000 patients a week, running 55 IAPT services fastest growing digital mental health service providing into the NHS in the country.
We have 1,200 patients in counselling treatment currently and we are always growingEvery day you will
- Provide regular case management supervision to the PWP network
- Provide regular supervision and consultancy to the Clinical Network for assessments
- Deliver clinical skills workshops and CPD sessions for the wider Clinical Network
- Participate in own clinical supervision as provided by Xyla Digital Therapies
- Hold a small clinical caseload in line with business requirements
- Work autonomously within professional guidelines and exercise responsibility for systematic governance of the clinical service and team, and to lead on policy reviews and implement policy changes within the clinical team and network

To thrive in this role, you must have
- An IAPT recognised PWP qualification
- A recognised PWP supervision qualification
- Proven experience working in IAPT
- Experience working with a wide variety of client groups
