- Strong academic track record in a relevant field.
- 4 + years of experience in consulting role without a master's degree, or 3 + years experience with a master's degree in a relevant field.
- Track record of successfully leading customer projects and delivering high-quality outputs on time.
- Track record of excellent customer communication, both leading customer-facing calls and providing strategic recommendations.
- Motivated by learning new concepts and a proven ability to do so quickly.
- Motivated by working with customers to have a positive impact on nature.
- Comfort with change and ability to thrive in an early-stage startup environment.
- You are the kind person who creates a supportive and inclusive environment.

The role:
Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you will work closely with our science and engineering teams to manage and deliver customer projects. This will involve understanding customer needs, onboarding customers, developing project timelines, structuring data collection and provision, and advising corporates on the 'so what' of the nature intelligence we provide.
An important part of your role will be identifying patterns and commonalities across customers, ensuring natcap develops tools that both support delivery and answer to customer needs.
You will be responsible for:
Customer delivery
• Author and quality check outputs as required for the role - this will include recommendation documents, ensuring all data-related outputs (e.g., in csv format) are understandable to the customer, and methodologies are well articulated and transparent.
