Description
Projects Administrator, £28,000 pa + benefits, Chertsey KT16. Monday-Friday 9-5pm.

Seeking a full-time Projects Administrator to join a Projects team based at Chertsey, site-based position, Monday to Friday 9-5pm. Best to drive/have a car. Plenty of parking on site.


KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES for the Project Administrator:

  • Coordinating project administration, and monitoring key dates and activities relating to the successful delivery of the project.
  • Administration, organization and coordination relating to businesscritical documentation, including but not limited to the following:
  • Drawings, project information, reports, and site logbooks.
  • Maintain familiarity with the company and projects being undertaken so an inquiry can be directed to the most appropriate member of staff.
  • File and archive information and maintain company records, and databases accurately and efficiently to ensure easy retrieval of information.
  • Ordering site consumables, maintaining a spreadsheet for consumables and ensuring booked to correct package code.
  • Supporting the site team with ad hoc duties including but not limited to:
  • photocopying, printing, and updating site notice boards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion In relation to all matters and information concerning the company and client.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE for the Project Administrator:

  • GCSE Maths & English grade 4 (C).
  • Previous experience in Office Administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft package.
  • Highly organised with good communication and strong attention to detail to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.


The main purpose of the role is to ensure the delivery of services is of the highest standard and that the company values are observed throughout.

The post holder will undertake the production, maintenance, control, issuing and receiving of project documentation throughout the life cycle of the project and ensure this is correctly recorded, filed and saved in line with company procedures.


Remuneration package:


  • 25 days annual leave.

Salary sacrifice:


  • Pension (with Royal London), min 5% employee contribution, 4% employer contribution autoenrolled at twelve weeks unless you choose to opt in sooner.
  • Death in Service scheme (x2 salary multiplier) after probation.
