- Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals with eating disorders, including physical and mental health assessments.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with individuals, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide evidence-based interventions and therapeutic support to address the complex needs of individuals with eating disorders.
- Monitor individuals' progress and adjust care plans as necessary, ensuring continuity of care.
- Offer support and guidance to individuals' families and carers, promoting understanding and involvement in the recovery process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), Social Worker (SW), or Occupational Therapist (OT) with a valid professional registration.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in mental health, with specific experience in eating disorders preferred.
- Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to providing person-centered care and promoting recovery.
- Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
