- Working with the paraplanning manager to fully analyze clients' needs, create cashflow models, and accurately document client information.
- Conducting research and analysis on financial products.
- Preparing suitability letters and reports.
- Managing cases from start to finish, including updating fact finds and completing suitability letters for various financial aspects like Pension Transfers, Income Drawdown, and new business.
- Prior experience in financial planning or wealth management.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.

We are currently looking for a Trainee Paraplanner to join our Financial Planning company.
If you already have experience in Financial Planning, maybe as an administrator and are now ready for the next level, this could be a great opportunity for you. In this role, you will closely work with the Senior Paraplanner, shadowing them, assisting with tasks, gradually taking on more responsibilities, and dealing with more technical aspects.
