Sales & Purchase Order Process Administrator
Reading salary circa £26,500
"Sales and Purchase Orders "

Duties:
To provide professional and efficient adminisration support to the finance departmentr

*Generate and submit Purchase Orders and fulfil project Sales Orders in line with receipt of goods

*Expediate Purchase Orders to ensure project deadkines are met

*Maintain and update product database and manage project order process

*Load and monitor client orders into CRM

*Liaise with the sales team in relation to lead times

  • Will have excellent time management and the ability to prioritise effectively and efficiently
*Will have proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word - Excel

*A team player with an enthusiastic attitude and strong organisational skills
