Clinical Director - West Birmingham - Up to £80k pa

Our client - an ambitious practice - are recruiting a new Clinical Director to take on the day to day running of the practice.

This role is the perfect steppingstone for an experienced vet to progress into a leadership role and inspire the current team in this exciting new phase of growth, whilst being instrumental in the direction the practice takes. You will have complete clinical freedom running the practice, with the support from established practice colleagues and our highly experienced support office team. You may even be interested in partnership in the future, and, if so, this is an option here too

Our client's surgery is purpose built to deliver the highest clinical standards with some great facilities including operating theatre, 3 dedicated consult rooms, large prep area, x-ray room and isolation block with separate cat and dog kennels. They have all the equipment you'd expect from a solid GP practice and would be happy to discuss investing in additional equipment in the future, depending on your areas of interest.

This position has an excellent package inclusive of a salary up to £80,000 per annum, Generous CPD allowance, Contributory pension scheme, Paid memberships (RCVS, BVA, VDS), relocation packages from within or outside the UK, including visa sponsorship if needed (an A+ rated sponsor).
