    Job Advert: Assistant Service Manager

    We are excited to offer a temporary six-month opportunity as an Assistant Service Manager in Beverley/Hull. This role involves being a role model for the services and Support Workers, fostering team involvement in the lives and interests of those we support. The focus is on transforming ordinary days into extraordinary experiences for both the team and the individuals we support.

    As the Assistant Service Manager, you will assist the Service Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of services by handling designated management duties. You may also be required to work shifts occasionally and serve as a positive role model, exhibiting good practices to team members.

    Preferred candidates for this role will have experience as a Support Worker and a solid grasp of service operations. Proficiency in IT skills is essential as many tasks are computer-based. We are seeking individuals who are passionate, reliable, forward-thinking, align with our core values daily, and can contribute fresh ideas to the team.

    Effective leadership is crucial to our service's success. We are looking for leaders who can showcase their potential for excellence in our team-oriented environment.
