We are currently working with a Masterbatch manufacturer company in the North West area who are going through a period of growth and investment.

As part of their continued growth they are now looking to recruit for a shift QC technician

To be responsible for the QC testing of all products in line with product specification and to report all incidents of none-compliance to ensure the fastest response to correction


Main Duties

  • To carry out tests on all samples in accordance with predefined instructions (Quality Manual instructions). Ensure compliance with product specifications and take the necessary action to report all none compliance.
  • To record all results in the correct location, clearly indicating sample reference, lot number etc. Be competent with the operation of the QIS system
  • To carry out other sample testing as required from time to time, and record/report results.
  • To carry out raw material testing as required, and record/report results

You Will

  • Have experience in quality role within a manufacturing setting previously
  • Experience of working towards OTIF targets
