DESCRIPTION
As a Peripatetic Nurse (RGN/RMN), you'll move around your area to maintain the high clinical standards our client is recognized for. Your role will involve leading a diverse team to ensure all residents receive top-quality care during each shift and in every location. Your responsibilities will range from assisting new residents to settle in, to enhancing the skills of your team members, and creating customized care plans based on the individual physical and mental requirements of our client's residents. In this position, you'll have the freedom to do things the right way and be genuinely appreciated for your efforts.
Please keep in mind that this position involves frequent travel within the Wiltshire, Weyhill, and Landford region.
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this role, you must be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with an active NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring, or supervision certification. A solid and current clinical understanding is crucial, along with a good grasp of essential regulatory frameworks such as the safe administration of medications, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, and NMC standards. You should also have a proven track record of creating care plans and comprehensive risk assessments. As a dedicated and ambitious professional, you should lead by example, motivating the teams at each care facility you collaborate with through your proactive attitude and outstanding communication skills.
