We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Director to join the team at Healthcare Homes. This position will be covering homes across the South and West region. About the role: Our Regional Director will lead the performance of the region, providing support, guidance and direction to a team of Regional Managers and Peripatetic Managers. You will drive the region to achieve quality, customer, financial and growth targets. About you: At Healthcare Homes, we are passionate about delivering an excellent standard of care and support to our residents and colleagues. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in an Area/Regional Director position across Nursing and Residential/Dementia homes. Your experience will extend to running significant multi sited multi million pound operations. You will have a proven track record of managing people, financial KPIs and resources; experience of managing in a highly regulated environment and a proven track record with CQC. Previous experience in working with commissioning teams and a strong commercial acumen are essential. Due to the nature of this role, access to your own transport is essential as you will be required to visit the homes you oversee on a regular basis. A registered RGN with a valid PIN would be desirable for this role.
