Proposed Start Date - first week of March. 40 hours per week. 5 days over 7 including some weekends.

Starting salary £25,000 per annum, holiday allowance of 20 days + 8 bank holidays, these will increase with service up to a maximum of 25 days (annual leave not available in July, August and September).

true Student Living is an award-winning Student Accommodation Provider with properties all over the UK.

We are looking for a positive individual to join our growing Sales team, helping answer booking inquiries from students, parents, partners and members of the wider true team.


The true Sales Consultant will be the face of the true brand and will ensure all inquiries are met with only the best efficiency, service, and respect.

This individual must have a relentless commercial approach and excellent sales & customer service qualities to achieve maximum guest satisfaction and portfolio occupancy.


A forward-thinking individual with a nimble approach in driving a strong KPI culture but ensuring the guest is always the priority.

This individual will demonstrate a 'true' obsession towards delivering sensational service to both our guests and partners, ensuring our growth focus and brand integrity is always protected.


As the true Sales Consultant, you will be our ambassador for the true brand, sharing your knowledge and expertise to all students and partners, whilst maintaining a friendly and helpful service.

The individual must;

  • Be located in Glasgow or close surrounding areas.
  • Have excellent time management skills
  • Be able to effectively plan and prioritise their own workload
  • Be organised and thorough at all times
  • Have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Competent on Excel and word
  • Work well within a team, however must also be able to work independently
  • Give sensational service in everything and to everyone
  • Ensure all relevant communications and data is updated and recorded through the CTI system, CRM system and booking engine for 100% integrity and compliance
  • Meet performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales and quality with the focus on delivering brand and outstanding customer service
  • Be able to build trustworthy relationships with partners, whilst providing excellent service and support to partner bookings
*experience in the student accommodation sector is not required for this position


This role will be carried out under a 'work from home' status, so it's fundamental that you have an excellent environment to work from within your living arrangements (this includes a private area to work that is quiet and not impacted by your family or living occupants, strong and reliable Wi-Fi and excellent phone signal).

Although the majority of this role will be carried out from home, you will be expected to occasionally work from our Glasgow site, and also attend training and team meetings in our properties across the UK.

We are looking for a Glasgow based applicant.
