Job Purpose


The position will primarily focus on the improvement of the details of the demand, supply and deployment and inventory planning strategies and processes while additionally supporting the demand, portfolio, supply and financial streams of the S&OP Cycle are receiving the best inputs, making the best transformations and passing on the highest quality outputs.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review the Supply and Demand plans with financial considerations.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure that the promotions, visible impact orders, and new product forecasts are including in the aggregate demand.
  • Document assumptions, promotions and adjustments to forecasts using Sales and Marketing teams' input.
  • Facilitate monthly S&OP process, including consensus between functions and stakeholders.
  • Assist with the coordination, facilitation, and documentation of regularly scheduled planning meetings.
  • Create and drive continuous improvement of worldclass demand planning, supply planning and S&OP processes.
  • Measure, control and improve S&OP plan accuracy through clearly defined metrics.
  • Develop capacity simulation processes to run sensitivity analysis for growth.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
