    Description

    A leading equipment hire company based in Sutton is looking for a motivated and ambitious Depot Manager to join their team.

    If you have a background in tool hire or a similar technical field, and you're looking for an opportunity to grow and make a significant impact, this could be the perfect role for you.


    THE DEPOT MANAGER ROLE:

    • Oversee the daily operations of the tool hire depot.
    • Lead and manage a team to ensure excellent customer service.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve depot performance and customer satisfaction.
    • Manage stock levels, equipment maintenance, and logistics.
    • Handle administrative tasks and ensure accurate record-keeping.
    • Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.

    KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    • A background in tool hire or a related technical field.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
    • Excellent customer care abilities and a commitment to providing top-notch service.
    • Competent computer and administrative skills.
    • A valid driving licence.
    • Must live within a reasonable commute of Sutton (SM1).

    SALARY & BENEFITS YOU'LL RECEIVE AS DEPOT MANAGER:
    * £25,000 - £34,000
    * 20 days holiday + public holidays
