    Due to company growth we are looking to recruitment a Social Media Executive into the team. As a Social Media Executive you will specialise in Instagram and TikTok, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our social media strategy. Your primary focus will be to shoot, edit and post compelling content that aligns with our brand identity, engages our target audience, grows our social platforms and drives brand awareness as well as sales.

    Key Responsibilities

    Content Creation

    • Develop visually stunning and engaging content for Instagram and TikTok, ensuring clear alignment with the brand's aesthetic and core values. Implement, plan and execute a content calendar that includes regular posts, stories, reels and TikTok's to maintain a consistent and dynamic presence across our platforms

    Platform Management

    • Monitor trends and stay updated on platform algorithm changes, ensuring our content remains relevant and optimised for maximum reach
    • Utilise Instagram and TikTok tools effectively to enhance engagement, including but not limited to hashtags, collaborations, and interactive features
    • Influencer & Stylist Relationship Management
    • Managing relationships with our influencers and stylists, staying in regular contact with them, managing and processing gifting requests and liaising with creators around key launch periods.

    Analytics & Reporting

    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion metrics
    • Provide regular reports and insights to the brand team, utilising data to refine strategies and enhance overall performance

    Required Skills

    • In-depth knowledge of both Instagram and TikTok, including their latest features, trends and algorithms
    • Strong creative and visual storytelling skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics
    • Previous experience shooting visual content to a high standard
    • Meticulous attention to detail across image, text and video
    • Ability to write relevant copy in the brand's tone of voice across multiple platforms
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
    • Knowledge of analytics tools for social media platforms
    • Excellent time management and the ability to manage your own schedule effectively and adapt where needed

    Education and Experience

    • Prior experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role is essential
    • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Social Media management or content creation
    • Portfolio showcasing successful Instagram and TikTok campaigns
