    Sanctuary Personnel is currently looking for an experienced Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse (CPN) to take on a new ongoing contract role within the Community Forensics Team.

    The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.

    • Location: *Southwark, Greater London
    • Pay Rate: *£27 per hour (assignment rate)
    • Contract Type: *Locum, 3-month contract
    • Hours: *Monday - Friday
    • Duties of the Community Psychiatric Nurse:*
    • Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to individuals within the community forensic service.
    • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualised care plans in collaboration with service users and their families.
    • Deliver a range of interventions and therapeutic activities to support recovery and rehabilitation.
    • Work collaboratively with other members of the multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and occupational therapists.
    • Engage in risk assessment and management, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of service users and the wider community.
    • Provide support and guidance to junior staff members, including mentoring and supervision as required.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with professional standards and service policies.
    • Requirements of the Community Psychiatric Nurse:*
    • Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
    • Experience working as a Mental Health Nurse
    • NMC Registration
    • Experience working as a CPN preferably in a relevant team
