    Job Title:PsychiatricNurse

    Salary:annual

    We are currently seeking anexperienced and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse to join our teamand provide comprehensive mental health care services in the UK. Asa Psychiatric Nurse you will play a crucial role in assessingplanning and delivering evidencebased nursing interventions toindividuals with mental health disorders promoting recovery andenhancing their quality of life.

    Main functionof the role: leading the nursing team in assessingpatient health problems and implementing appropriate care plansadministering of care and maintenance of medicalrecords.

    Main duties ofthe role:

    • Always behavein a professional and discreet manner in line with the NMCcode.
    • Maintain GDPR of all documents knowledgean information obtained as per therole.
    • Deliver patient focused care whilstassessing diagnosing planning implementing and evaluating caredelivered to patients.
    • Active participationwithin the MDT.
    • Engage in effective medicinesmanagement.
    • Ability to prioritise workloads andpatient care.
    • Visible leadership of the nursingteam.
    • Supervise mentor and support juniorstaff.
    • Maintain health and safety forall.
    • Engage in ongoing personal professionaldevelopment and maintain all relevant mandatorytraining.
    • Contribute to effective resourcemanagement.
    • Actively engage in qualityimprovements service development and implementation of relevantstrategies.
    • Undertake reasonable task requestedby line manager orabove.

    Qualifications& Skills:

    • NMCRegistered nurse RMN 2 years postregistration
    • Relevantclinical experience
    • Demonstrated a positiveattitude and commitment to change improvement andquality.
    • Flexible and innovative at problemsolving.
    • Excellent interpersonal skillsincluding written communication.
    • IT systemskills
    • Effective organisationalskills
