Job Title:
HNW Motor Claims Handler
Main responsibility of the role:
To handle motor claims, dealing with both AD Damage Fulfillment for policyholder for our HNW Insurer delegated authority scheme.
Key Accountabilities:
- To provide a claims handling service by acting as first point of contact for customers
- Reporting and recording details of new motor incidents
- Liaising with insurers, underwriters, repairers, engineer's recovery agents and other agents.
- Promotion of our inhouse claims service to clients
- Maximise potential of the claim of the insurer and also to the satisfaction of key stakeholders
Duties:
- Accept Telephone and FNOL claims from broker and delegated insurer clients.
- Manage the FNOL process with the client to determine the most appropriate course of action.
- Understand the claims journey as to actions required
- Instruct repairers and service providers
- Manage the repair Process with the approved repair network where appropriate
- Liability assessment
- Undertake any other duties as necessary
- Process payments in coordination with the schemes DA requirements

- Knowledge of Proclaim is an advantage
