Job Title:
HNW Motor Claims Handler


Main responsibility of the role:

To handle motor claims, dealing with both AD Damage Fulfillment for policyholder for our HNW Insurer delegated authority scheme.


Key Accountabilities:


  • To provide a claims handling service by acting as first point of contact for customers
  • Reporting and recording details of new motor incidents
  • Liaising with insurers, underwriters, repairers, engineer's recovery agents and other agents.
  • Promotion of our inhouse claims service to clients
  • Maximise potential of the claim of the insurer and also to the satisfaction of key stakeholders

Duties:


  • Accept Telephone and FNOL claims from broker and delegated insurer clients.
  • Manage the FNOL process with the client to determine the most appropriate course of action.
  • Understand the claims journey as to actions required
  • Instruct repairers and service providers
  • Manage the repair Process with the approved repair network where appropriate
  • Liability assessment
  • Undertake any other duties as necessary
  • Process payments in coordination with the schemes DA requirements
